How would you define Good customer service when checking into or staying at a motel?

Friendliness of the staff, anticipating your needs, attention to your wants, cleanliness of the facility.


fast.efficient,clean room.that is all I want out of a motel........

good customer service comes within the place what i mean is if the motel is well-mantained amd the staff well trained everytime you enter the front counter every of their staff greeted you in a warm smile that way means a good custer service and you will feel welcome staying at the motel
