If it's like other motels the cost will vary depending on the season, the day of the week and if there is a special event going on in the area. And yes, you'll probably have to be over 18.
Most hotels don't care how old you are. If you have a credit card, that is the best way to make your reservation. If you intend to pay cash, they may ask for a deposit (especially if you are under age).
Why don't you just phone the hotel and ask them if they have available for the night you want, how much it costs, and what the restrictions would be if you wanted to pay cash for the room.
