It's a pay by the week or nightly rental, very quaint, there was soda in the fridge and candies & snacks provided in the room. And it's seems to me the name of the place was a man's first name like Dave's Motel...or Frank's Motel.

There is a Wilmot Inn. Is "Wilmot" a guy's name?
