Can i sue a motel for owner to watch me having sex from secret window?

i went with my girlfriend to one of the motal,and the owner is about 70 year old,he ive me a key to the room,and i saw little window,i heard some thing and i said who is there,he shut the back and run out side.

If the window is there just for him to peep on guests then yes, you can have him charged and maybe if you sue you might win. But you need to call the cops and have him charged first. If he was outside the window of the room peeping you can still have him charged, either way you should have called the cops immediately, waiting looks bad and reduces the chances you would win a lawsuit.
