The Jolly Roger is always a great economy choice. It is also a Disneyland Good Neighbor hotel. Here is a list of all of Disneyland's Good Neighbor Economy Resorts:
The Peacock Inn & Suites are another good choice. They are down a few blocks, but offer a complimentary shuttle to and from the parks.

Have a great time!
Well good and cheap never come together in the same package, if you want GOOD then any of the big flashy tall buildings will be great! If you want cheap look for a motel 6 or a cardboard box, personally i would go for the cardboard box, cuz motel 6's are just disgusting yo!
The Anaheim Islander Inn & Suites costs about $ 65 per night and is at one block from Disneyland, and it has nice amenities such as free wireless internet access. You can visit their web site at http://en.venere.com/hotels_anaheim/disneyland_resort/hotel_anaheim_islander_inn_suites.html
The Kaiserhof is excellent.
Alpine Inn. Its right next to Disneyland. I suggest you book now because it goes fast!!
