Can anyone recommend a good motel/hotel in Panama City Beach Florida?

Ive been looking online abut everything Ive found that sounds like a nice place has had awful reviews. I need something beachside and under $200.00 per night. Please tell me of a good experience youve had there and where you stayed. Thankyou!

Definitely check out Edgewater Beach Resort. They have gulf-front units for under $150/night (I quoted mid-August).

There are some negative reviews, but mostly for the "golf villas", which are across the street from the main building (which is oceanfront).

It is a nice place, awesome pool, nearby shopping/restaurants.
