Where can I find the cheapest hotel, motel, hostel or apartment rate per month in Quezon City or Makati?

1. cheapest apartment or motel with monthly rate 5,000 or 10,000

2. good environment, not a squatter area or high crime rate place

3. how much is the cost of stay in fersal inn and sogo?

4. will i need to pay one month deposit and one month advance?

5. is that easy to do? i mean no need to pass any requirements or is it ready to occupy?

please help, because from korea i need to go directly to the apartment or hotel with all my stuff there and will stay for a year.

Kabayan Hotel is one of the cleanest and cheapest hotel in qc, plus near gateway mall (Ali Mall, SM, Farmers market), MRT and LRT stations

sogo hotel would come out cheap. more of a motel and offers shorter period for stay.
