Golden Palm Hotel
3111 W. Tropicana Ave.
Las Vegas NV 89103 USA
This is a dirt cheap hotel and you will get what you pay for. It is a roof over your head and a bed on which to sleep.
Located one block west of the Strip on Tropicana, this hotel sits within feet of I-15 (I believe I-15 actually goes over part of the property).
Cheap, relatively close to center Strip, easy access to Interstate 15. What more do you need?
Good luck!

Your best bet would be to check off strip.
If he is staying for a week he can check with one of the budget suites. They are only about $240 for 7 days.

look at one of the daily or weekly motels.

Try the local homeless shelter on main or rough it out in the desert.
